Blooms High Strength Horseradish & Garlic Complex may also help ease the symptoms of allergies and hayfever, including sneezing, congestion and runny nose. Aids in the relief of mucous congestion and may help reduce inflammation of the respiratory tract. Blooms High Strength Horseradish & Garlic Complex contains a balanced range of nutrients that support and enhance the overall therapeutic effect including:

Garlic has antimicrobial activity to help fight off the bugs which can cause colds and flu and also aids in the relief of congestion and sinus symptoms.

Horseradish has antimicrobial activity and can increase blood flow to the mucous membranes and help reduce inflammation of the respiratory tract.

Vitamin C is antihistaminic and may help maintain the health of airways against the effects of allergens, viral infections and irritants.

Marshmallow the main action of marshmallow in the Blooms High Strength Horseradish & Garlic Complex formula is its soothing action helping relieve irritation to mucous membranes.

Cinnamon Bark is both antibacterial and antifungal and has a warming effect, particularly on the upper part of the body.

INGREDIENTS

Each capsule contains:
Allium sativum (Garlic) extract
equivalent to fresh bulb 1000 mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50 mg
Extracts equivalent to dry:
Armoracia rusticana
(Horseradish) root 1.5 g (1500 mg)
Cinnamomum verum
(Cinnamon) bark 600 mg
Althaea officinalis
(Marshmallow) root 60 mg

Directions for use

Adults only: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily. For acute conditions take 1 to 2 capsules up to three times daily.
