About Henry Blooms Evening Primrose Oil is a rich natural source of the omega–6 essential fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Instructions Adults: Take 1 capsule two to three times daily with food. For dry skin conditions take 2 capsules two to three times daily with food.
