A calming blend of lavender, Cedarwood, Frankincense and Cypress pure essential oils in a base of cold pressed Apricot Kernel is ideal for massage prior to sleep, releasing tension and relaxing the mind.

How to use this product

To help relieve nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety: massage on forehead, temples and back of neck or all over the body. Alternatively add 10 to 20 drops to bath water.
