Pricing
The products and prices listed on our site can change at any time without prior
warning. We reserve the right to change prices, amend incorrect prices due to
any errors or omissions.
Deliveries
Within Australia deliveries by normal post take approximately two to seven days
but this does not include weekends and public holidays. For international orders it
may take two or three weeks depending on location. There may also be delays
due to availability of stock.
We will endeavour to deliver all orders on time but take no responsibility if
Australia Post or Customs cause any delays.
Any faulty or damaged stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no
charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of theecoshop.com.au,
will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the
initial charge. All other products ordered incorrectly by the customer, can be
refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage
costs will be incurred by the customer.
